Wednesday, June 22, 2011. Hot Wing Dip AKA Crack. 1 Block of Cream Cheese. 2 Chicken Breasts, Cooked and Shredded. Mix all of the ingredients except the mozzarella cheese together in a bowl until blended. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
